For Orders in India (Domestic Orders)
When Can You Return Stuff?
- You’ve got 7 days from the day you get your order to send it back or swap it for something else.
- Got the wrong item or something’s missing? Tell us within 24 hours with a clear unboxing video (show us everything as you open it!). No video or late notice, and we can’t help—sorry!
How We Pick It Up (Reverse Pickup)
- We’ll come get it for free—no extra coins needed!
- Just one pickup per order, so make it count!
- It depends on if our pickup crew works in your area (check your pin code).
- If they can’t come, we might ask you to send it back with a trusty courier.
Quick Tip: If the pickup doesn’t happen in 24-48 hours after we say yes, ping us! We’ll team up with our courier pals to fix it. If you don’t tell us and the 7 days run out, we might not be able to help—time’s a tricky gym buddy sometimes!
Getting Your Money Back
- No Returns on Items: Sorry, those are locked in once you buy them!
- We only exchange the product with right Size and Color*.

- Innerwear is super special because it’s all about hygiene. So, no returns or swaps allowed—ever! This keeps everyone healthy and safe.
Oops, Defective Item?
- If something’s broken or damaged, email us at sales@decisivefitness.in within 7 days of getting it. We’ll give you the next steps!
- For big defects, we’ll refund the item price (minus shipping) back to your original payment—yay!
