Shipping in India (Domestic Shipping)
- To Big Cities (Metros): Your gear will zoom to you in 2-4 business days!
- To Everywhere Else in India: Expect it in 3-6 business days—still super quick!

- In India: Yay! Free standard shipping on ALL orders—no extra cost!
Track Your Treasure
- Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number—super cool! Use it to follow your package on the courier’s website (like DHL or Aramex) via the link we send.
Double-Check Your Address
- Make sure your shipping address is spot-on! If it’s wrong or incomplete, we’re not responsible, and you’ll pay any extra shipping fees to fix it.
Delivery Oops Moments
- Got a lost or damaged item? Email us at sales@decisivefitness.in within 7 days of delivery. We’ll jump in to help fast!
- If it’s damaged, send us an unboxing video right after you open it (show the oops moment!). Then, pick a return or replacement—easy peasy!
